How we count

The source is Nike’s US SNKRS feed, read by Laced’s scheduled calendar job. We retain the first recorded version and later material changes. A timestamp says when Laced observed a fact, not when Nike first published it.

Months follow America/New_York. Each stable product listing is counted once at its latest recorded state within the observation month. Separate adult, Big Kids, Little Kids and toddler listings count separately. Unconfirmed schedules stay in the CSV but leave the headline totals.

Category charts include only records explicitly identified as footwear. Missing audience labels remain unspecified. Family relationships require Nike’s product-group evidence. Prices are recorded retail prices, not resale values, and unknown prices are excluded from the median.

Coverage begins with the first observation shown above. The feed may omit products, and polling gaps can miss changes. This is a scoped record, not a complete Nike catalogue or a history of every release. Past-month reports use observations made by that month’s end.

Use the CSV to reproduce the listing counts. If you cite a finding, link this dated report and retain its period and coverage. The official SNKRS calendar remains the place to confirm a launch.
